Here are the different options I have for accepting payments for my services:

I.  By Mail or Delivery

(No Fees, other than postage):   You can always mail in or deliver your payment.

The only accepted forms of mail or delivery payments are:

  1. Cash
  2. Money Order, or
  3. Cashier’s check
  4. Corporate check

(No personal checks)

Payments should be made payable to, and mailed or delivered to:

Mark J. Markus (or Law Office of Mark J. Markus)
11684 Ventura Blvd., PMB #403
Studio City, CA 91604

Be sure to enclose a note with your name, e-mail address, and phone.  If you are paying for a consultation appointment, please include your appointment time.

If you are hand-delivering the payment to the above address, hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding holidays and holiday weekends.

Be sure anything you deliver is placed in a sealed, fully addressed envelope.

Or,

II.  Zelle Pay – Free -No Fees:

You can send money directly for free from any participating bank or credit union by using  Zelle Pay.

The account name to which you can send the funds is:  mark@bklaw.com

View Zelle Pay to see if your financial institution uses Zelle and for sign-up instructions.   If your bank is not listed there,  you can still download the Zelle App. and link to a credit card to make payments.

Please note that your bank may initially limit the amount you can send each day to $500.

Chase Bank-Customer Alert:  I have heard from Chase Bank customers that their accounts can be temporarily frozen when they send or receive funds through Zelle if the amount is considered “unusual”.   I suggest contacting Chase before making any Zelle transaction to see if you can get it “pre-approved”, if possible.

III.   VENMO- (Free)

If you would like to use Venmo to pay, simply e-mail me your Venmo account ID and I will send you a payment request.  Please indicate that your payment is for something other than a commercial/business purpose.

Or,

IV.   PAYPAL Online-(Must Add 4% Fee):

If you are using a credit or debit card, or have your own PayPal account, you can use one of the following methods to pay, but please note that 4.0% will be deducted from your payment for paypal’s fees (and, therefore, you will need to add that amount to cover Paypal’s charges):
Click on the “Pay Now” button below to enter your own amount.   Please add 4.0% to any amount to cover paypal’s fees.

Or, select the pre-set amounts (4% will be deducted from the amount you pay)
