Thank you for your interest in scheduling a consultation appointment with me.

On the next page you will be asked to submit some information about your financial situation.

I understand that a lot of people are reluctant to provide information at this stage, so I write this to explain a little bit why it is necessary.

For a bit more detailed explanation, please see my consultation FAQs.

Why I Need Your Information

Bankruptcy law is very complex, and bankruptcy eligibility and options are based on a number of different factors, including income received in a specific period of time prior to filing, your monthly expenses, marital status, value of your assets, amount and type of your debts, etc.

Without this information, there is simply no way any bankruptcy attorney can properly advise you on your options, determine what relief you’ll be able to get, what it will cost, and what risks there may be.

My goal is to give you as accurate and complete analysis of your situation as possible initially and be in a position to anticipate and prevent problems that might otherwise arise.

I guess it’s kind of like going to a doctor with a problem.  Some may try to diagnose you without doing any blood tests or other diagnostics.

That’s not my style.  I prefer to see what’s going on without guessing at it.

I promise it won’t hurt.

The Next Step

You will be given an option to submit your information online, or to print out and complete it manually and return to me.  You will then be directed to my calendaring page to schedule your appointment.

If you really don’t want to submit all the information now, but still want to speak with me first, that’s fine.  Just click here and let me know and I’ll get back to you regarding setting up a time to talk.  But I can tell you after doing this for over 20 years, there are very few questions I will be able to accurately answer without all the necessary information.

OK, that’s all for the explanations.   Are you ready to proceed?  Click the button below!
